In addition to traditional staffing, HMCI offers flexible employment options and alternatives to a full-time hire. Employers can choose part-time, short and longer term consulting agreements or even full outsourcing.

Jack Smith, Director of Sales and Marketing

Over the last 14 years, Jack has become a highly-regarded partner to growing companies. Since co-founding Human Capital Management, Inc in 2000, he has played a vital role in shaping this highly successful technology staffing and placement practice. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Jack’s strength is building successful partnerships with leading companies throughout the mid-Atlantic region. His skills and client-centric focus provide client companies a proven method of increasing human capital potential.

Before starting Human Capital Management, Jack spent 10 years within the staffing industry. His experiences with both regional and international staffing firms providing him with a deep understanding of the efforts and focus needed to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

Jack lives in the western Philadelphia suburbs and is a graduate of both St. Joseph’s Preparatory High School and Fordham University.

David Scudder, Director of Operation

Dave is a 15-year veteran of staffing in the greater Delaware Valley and has made a name managing the operational excellence in the technology staffing and placement space. As the co-founder of Human Capital Management, Inc., Dave has developed and implemented a recruitment program second-to-none in the mid-Atlantic region. He leads the day-to-day recruitment operations and is the driving force behind the delivery of top technology talent to leading companies throughout the region.

Dave spent 11 years building a regionally recognized technology staffing firm before starting Human Capital Management. His extensive experience in the technology space gives him a deep understanding of client needs as well as the ability to effectively deliver solutions.

Dave resides in the western suburbs of Philadelphia and is a graduate Mount St. Mary’s University and Holy Spirit High School.
