Our Approach
Finding the Right Candidate is Difficult
The economy and job market are ever changing but one thing remains constant – the right staff need to be available at the right time or businesses do not meet their customer expectations. However, finding qualified IT candidates and making lasting, productive hires remains difficult and time-consuming. One or two interviews are simply not enough to determine technical qualifications, personality and lifestyle fit within the organization, and long-term employee potential.
Qualifying Candidates can be Time-Consuming
The recruiting process takes time-constrained IT managers away from core business outside their core competency. If you are in HR, the qualifying process is made more difficult when the position is highly technical or very technically specific. To make matters worse, most business are not in the position to do anticipatory staffing, so by the time a position is actively recruited, the needs is overdue creating more pressure and stress on both HR and hiring manager.
Candidates are focused on securing the job but may find that the interview process does give them the a clear understanding of the organization and position expectations, lifestyle match, work environment, and management style – things that ensure a long and productive career move for both candidate and company.
Knowing That You Made a Good Hire is Imperative
We get to know the companies we support. We learn your work environment, company culture and position expectations. We learn the company management philosophy and what it takes for a staff member thrive. We also have deep expertise across the technology industry and the background and experience to understand the technical requirements of a position.
We ensure all candidates are qualified for the position. In addition, we can objectively present an employer allowing the candidate to honestly respond.
What this all means is that when a candidate arrives for an interview, he/she is not only technical qualified but well-suited for the position.
